- Clients with an active service (Portal): name, email address, phone number (optional), and data about the contracted service (type, description, start date, status) and its associated subscription (amount, frequency, next billing date, status). We do not use the collected data for targeted advertising or commercial profiling, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for purposes other than those described here.
4. Your rights
Under Article 8 of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, as the owner of your personal data you have the right to:
- Know, update, and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted for its processing.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of the law.

5. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by writing to contacto@inlinesw.com stating your request (inquiry or complaint) and the information needed to identify you. Response times follow the deadlines set by law:
- Inquiries: handled within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt. If it cannot be resolved within that period, we will inform you of the reason and a new date, which may not exceed 5 additional business days.
- Complaints (correction, update, deletion, or revocation): within the 2 business days following receipt, the notation “complaint in process” will be added to the corresponding record, and it will be resolved within a maximum of 15 business days, extendable by 8 more business days if necessary.
6. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as an active relationship exists (an unresolved message, an active service or subscription, an active administrator account) or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and we delete or anonymize it once it is no longer needed, except where legally required to retain it longer. We apply reasonable technical security measures (password encryption, role-based access control, data isolation between clients) to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
8. Data processors and transfers
To operate the site and store the information described, we use technology infrastructure providers (application hosting, database, and, once active, transactional email delivery) that act as data processors under Inline's instructions, never on their own behalf. These providers may operate infrastructure located outside Colombia, which may involve an international transfer of personal data under the terms of Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes unrelated to the operation described in this policy.
9. Supervisory authority
The Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) is the Colombian authority responsible for overseeing compliance with Law 1581 of 2012. You may file complaints or inquiries directly with the SIC if you believe your rights have not been respected.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Substantial changes will be announced on this same page, indicating the date of the last update. This document is a draft prepared from the legal sources indicated at the top of this page — Inline must formally review it before treating it as a final, binding version.
