International relations: building educational and technological bridges with Romania

Since 2025 we have been building relationships with institutions in Romania, including an initial approach with the embassy, to explore collaboration opportunities in technical training, technology, and engineering. It's still an early process: there is no formal agreement, funding, or specific institutional commitment today between Inline and any Romanian entity, and we won't claim there is until there is something concrete and documented to show. What does exist is a genuine intention to build international bridges for the technical and educational work we do from Popayán -- and that's what we want to keep a record of as it moves forward.
